The Festival is good opportunity to exchange experiences and get in touch with new friends, but first of all it gives people a chance to get some knowledge about folklore and culture of other countries. It also promote the city of Lodz and our national culture on the international stage.
The groups participating in the Festival present their own artistic program on many performances both in Lodzi and other cities in our region. In the spare time they visit the city, enjoy the integrating activities, recreation program and also participate in dance workshops learning polish traditional dances. The International Folk Festival become more and more prestigious artistic event gathering crowds of polish people admiring unique culture of other nations.
